1. Organization. Lists are our friends. Create a menu for the week that is packed with whole grains, protein, fruits, and vegetables. Write out a shopping list of all the ingredients, and healthy snacks needed to stay on track. Set a specific day and time for shopping, and keep it as a part of your weekly schedule.

2. Preparation. Have something to carry your meals and snacks in. Purchase a lunch bag. Invest in Tupperware that can be reused. This reduces garbage and is better for the environment than plastic bags. An Insulated bottle is great for keeping water ice-cold and refreshing.

5. Strip. Take your clothes off, stand in front of a mirror, and examine your body head to toe. Appreciate the results you see at that very moment. Allow them to motivate you. Even if you’re not where you want to be, remember, you’re well on your way.
